By accessing or using QuickClaw, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
QuickClaw is an AI assistant service that operates inside messaging apps, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and Slack. We provide the infrastructure, security, and AI integration required to run the service.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and access credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Billing
QuickClaw is offered as a paid subscription (currently $49/month), billed via Stripe.
- Auto-renewal: subscription renews automatically until canceled.
- Cancellation: you may cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
- Price changes: we may update pricing with advance notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuickClaw to:
- Violate laws or regulations.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Upload or process illegal or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
- Scrape or extract data in ways not permitted by us.
6. AI Content
- AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated.
- Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
- We do not guarantee suitability of outputs for specific outcomes.
7. Ownership
QuickClaw branding, software, and related intellectual property are owned by 199 Biotechnologies Ltd.
You retain rights to your own content. You grant us a limited license to process it only for delivering the service.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickClaw is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.
199 Biotechnologies Ltd. will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior twelve months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if use of the service creates security, legal, or operational risk.
You may close your account anytime by contacting support@quickclaw.dev.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or by email.
